Stir fry rice

My simple version of asian stir fry rice.

Moja preprosta različica azijskega stiry fry riža.

Recipe (all ingredients are for one person, multiply with the number of people eating)

1 cup of rice

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1 / 2 carrots cut into strips

1 / 2 leek slices

1 / 2 zucchini cut into strips

1 tablespoon soy sauce

salt, chili

Cook the rice. Before cooking salt the vegetables. Heat oil in a wok and add carrots and leeks. After a few minutes, add zucchini, quickly saute and add rice. Add soy sauce and chili – best if fresh and chopped. Let that lightly caramelise and serve.

Recept (vse sestavine so za eno osebo, glede na število oseb se sestavine pomnožijo s tem številom)

skodelica riža

1 žlica arašidovega olja

1/2 korenja narezanega na trakove

1/2 pora narezanega na kolobarje

1/2 bučke narezane na trakove

1 žlica sojine omake

sol, čili

Riž predhodno skuhaš po navodilih proizvajalca. Pred začetkom kuhanja soliš vso zelenjavo. V voku segreješ olje in dodaš korenje in por. Po nekaj minutah dodaš bučke, na hitro popečeš in dodaš riž.  Dodaš sojino omako in čili – najboljši je svež in nasesekljan. Pustiš, da rahlo karamelizira in postrežeš.
